Software Architecture Thoughts

I attended the second day of the open publish conference and gave a talk on “Applications of the REST Principles”. It was great to see a viberant publishing community discussing topics ranging from traditional web design to enterprise 2.0, mashup and being enthusiastic about REST. Rick Jelliffe is the speaker after me and his talk on PRESTO (Permanent url, REST and OO) is both enlightening and fun. He even started his talk by giving a cool card trick which vividly illustrated certain URL charateristics.

It is time. I moved my site from the five-year old Moveable Type backend to the new Wordpress 2.6. I hope I will post more regularly. I didn’t move all the blog posts as they are not very relevant now.  All static pages have been moved and updated.
